  • Which services do you need to pay for?

    When you log a ticket, we’ll need to dispatch a technician to your specified location. The time required by the technician to complete the task is billed per hour and any other pre-agreed expenses.

  • How do I know that the assigned engineer is qualified to complete my ticket?

    We only hire qualified and experienced professionals to ensure that we provide our customers with quality solutions.  We have also developed the KompiTech BLiTS certification program to ensure the highest level of service.

  • What are some of the benefits of a paid package?

    There are many benefits of a paid package, including access to our 24/7 Service Desk. With our paid package, you’ll get our Service Desk support instantly whenever you need help. When you have queries and need answers right away, our 24/7 Service Desk team acts as your single point of contact to handle both the reactive support and administrative support for routine tasks.

  • When can I cancel a paid monthly subscription package?

    You can cancel at any time. Cancellation is effective at the end of your current subscription period. For the Annual Plan, cancellation is effective at the end of the year for which you have paid. For the monthly plan, cancellation is effective at the end of the month for which you have paid.
